An Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) is a retirement benefit that gives employees ownership in the company where they work. Through our ESOP, Group Builders team members earn shares over time, so as the company grows, their stake grows with it.
It’s more than a benefit. It’s a mindset. When every person on the team has a personal stake in the outcome, quality isn’t a policy. It’s personal.
